The intervention concerns the renovation of some storage rooms and their transformation into habitation.

The property is situated in the center of Capri and is few meters far from the famous Piazzetta, it is reachable following the picturesque alleys of the historical center and it is set in a characteristic small square.

All the rooms of the house  are articulated to each other around the space of the courtyard, which includes the entrance with bench, the open kitchen and the outdoor shower; the property also features the living room with  guest bathroom and a double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
